follows: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1378 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON, AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMENDED, BY THE ADDITION <br />OF SECTION 1412 PERTAINING TO PARKING, STORAGE <br />AND INOPERATIVE VEHICLES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Colton as <br />SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: <br />1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on a certain amendment to <br />Ordinance No. 964, as amended, pertaining to parking, storage and inopera- <br />tive vehicles. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />adoption of the proposed amendment by adding to Article XIV, Section 1412 <br />as follows: <br />ARIT C LE XIV <br />GENERAL PROVISIONS, CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS <br />SECTION 1412. <br />(1) Parking Spaces: All required parking spaces or areas in <br />any residential zone district shall be to the rear of any required front or side <br />yard adjacent to any street. <br />(2) Driveways, Maneuvering Area, Parking Area: No paved <br />driveway, vehicles maneuvering area, or parking area shall occupy more than <br />thirty-five percent (350/,,) of any required yard area or setback area which is <br />adjacent to a street. <br />
