RAMOS, City Clerk <br />follows: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1494 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON, AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMENDED, SECTION 18.12. <br />010 "D", PERTAINING TO NURSERIES OR FOSTER <br />HOMES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Colton as <br />SECTION ONE: That Section 18.12.010 "D", of Ordinance No. 964, <br />entitled ZONING ORDINANCE, be amended to read as follows: <br />Nurseries or foster homes, subject to the filing and <br />approval of a Conditional Use Permit (C.U.P.). <br />Maximum number of children to be allowed will be <br />specified upon Conditional Use Permit approval. <br />SECTION TWO: Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in force <br />and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 18th day of May, 1976. <br />ABE E.
