Off -Street parking shall be provided with access <br />from Fogg Street; <br />D. An 8 foot solid fence along Fogg Street frontage. <br />5. Within three years of the effective date of this ordi- <br />nance, the following shall be required to be installed <br />and/or operational: <br />A. A 15 foot setback along Jefferson Street, except <br />for the existing building unless said structure <br />is removed, then said 15 foot setback shall apply. <br />B. Landscaping, including an irrigation system, along <br />Jefferson Street, subject to review and approval <br />of the Planning Department; <br />C. An 8 foot solid fence along Jefferson Street front- <br />age. <br />6. Within five years of the effective date of this ordi- <br />nance, the following shall be required to be installed: <br />A. An 8 foot solid fence along the easterly and south- <br />erly property lines. <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />SECTION TWO: The zone reclassifications herein above referred to <br />are hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the <br />Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in <br />accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />SECTION THREE: Effective Date.
