"Operation" includes the washing of equipment or spaces <br />used in industrial operations. <br />F. "Total Oil and Grease" shall mean the amounts of residue <br />extracted by the Partition -Gravimetric Method No. 502A; described in the <br />14th Edition of "Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Waste <br />Water." <br />G. "Floatable Oil and Grease" shall mean the oil and grease <br />floating to the surface of a sample of water when it is retained for one <br />hour in a quiescent condition in a vessel with vertical walls, filled to <br />the depth of 30 centimeters. <br />H. "Floatable Hydrocarbon Oil" shall mean the amount of <br />hydrocarbon oil floating to the surface of a sample of the water under <br />the same conditions as prescribed in the definition of "Floatable Oil and <br />Grease." <br />e <br />
