Part-time and temporary, hourly paid employees. <br />G. All employees whose salaries are paid in full or in part <br />by state or federal grants or contracts to include, but not <br />limited to, the Community Development Grant Program, the <br />Emergency Employment Act (EEA), and the Comprehensive Em- <br />ployment Training Act (CETA). <br />SECTION 2. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, subdivi- <br />sion, sentence, clause or phrase of this..ordinance is for any reason held to <br />be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the re- <br />maining portions of this ordinance. The Council hereby declares that it would <br />have passed this ordinance, and each section subsection, subdivision, sentence, <br />clause and phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more <br />sections, subsections, subdivisions, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared <br />unconstitutional. <br />SECTION 3. REPEAL. All ordinances and/or all amendments to <br />ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, specifically Ordinance <br />No. 1462. <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE/PUBLICATION. This ordinance shall <br />take effect thirty days after the date of its adoption and prior to the ex- <br />pirati.on of fifteen days from the passage thereof shall be published at -least <br />once in the Colton Courier, a weekly newspaper of generalcirculation, pub - <br />lisped and circulated in the City of Colton, and thenceforth and thereafter the <br />same shall be in full force and effect. <br />
