<br />SECTION 6. That in accordance with sub -paragraph (A) of Section
<br />1601, Chapter 16, Pajrt IV of said "Uniform Building Code, 1976 Edition, Volume
<br />I, Building; there is hereby established the following Fire Zones within the
<br />City of Colton.
<br />(a) Fire Zone 1 shall be considered as comprising all the real
<br />property and improvements thereon located within the boundaries described as
<br />follows:
<br />Block$ 107, 108, 109, 110, South half of Blocks 93, 94, 95, 96,
<br />land North half of Blocks 123, 124, 125 and 126, of the Town of Colton as record -
<br />i
<br />ed in Book 9 of Maps, Page 37, Records of San Bernardino County, California.
<br />(b) dire Zone 2 shall be considered as comprising- all the real
<br />property and improvements thereon, located within the boundaries described as
<br />follows;
<br />All those areas as shown on the Official Zoning Map of the City
<br />of Colton, as amended, as being in ;a C-1, C-2, M -L, M-1, M-2 Zone, and P. C.
<br />Zone, which is used for commercial or industrial uses, and all other areas shown
<br />on said Zoning Map which hereafter may be reclassified to C-1, C-2, M -L, M-1,
<br />and M-2 Zone, and P. C. Zone, which is used for commercial or industrial uses,
<br />in accordance with Ordinance No. 964, as amended, of the City of Colton.
<br />(c) fire Zone 3 shall be considered as comprising all the real
<br />property and improvements thereon, located within the City limits of the City
<br />of Colton other than as specifically described therein.
<br />SECTION 7. That all ordinances, ,or parts of ordinances, in con-
<br />flict with the terms end provisions hereof, and particularly, but without limita
<br />tion, Ordinances No. 1 449, 1403, 1354, 1213, 801 and 488 are hereby repealed.
<br />SECTION 8. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or
<br />phrase of this Ordinan ce is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such
<br />decision shall not aff�ct the validity of the remaining portions of this ordi-
<br />ji
<br />nance.
