BE IT''IORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: 1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of land in accordance wii+h d 3. T appropriately shown file in the City Cle Q" pursuant to said application. t said parcel is delineated and the recommended action d for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on 's office numbered as follows: Zoning Map No. 35 Change of zone from R-1, single family residential, to R -E, residential estates, or any such other zone district as may be recommended by the Planning Com- mission, on property located at the northwest corner of La Ca'dena Drive and Litton Avenue. 4. SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to is hereby approved an the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage.
