Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1326, and Section 7.039.010 <br />of the Colton Munici al Code, are hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Everylperson, firm,'Or corporation owning or harboring a dog <br />within the City of 61 ton on or before the first day Of July of each year shall <br />pay to the City a license fee in an amount to be determined by resolution of the <br />City Council and no license to own or harbor a dog as herein provided shall be <br />issued except on application in writing to the Finance Director of said City as <br />i <br />provided hereinafter: <br />SECTION 4. Effective Date.
