,� 9.20.040 Offering or giving with intention to consume in vehicle <br />�i <br />,2prohibited. It is unlawful for any person to offer, give or furnish or cause <br />3 to be offered, furnished or given, any alcoholic beverage to any other person <br />4with the intention, or for the purpose, that said beverage shall be drunk or <br />5 consumed in or upon any vehicle when such vehicle is either parked or being <br />6 'driven or propelled upon, over or along any public street, alley, highway or <br />pother public place upon or along which vehicles may be parked or driven, <br />I <br />8�except public parks. <br />9 9.20.050 Penalty for violation. Any person violating or failing <br />z <br />10 to comply with the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and <br />11 upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred <br />12 1dollars or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding three months, or by both <br />13 !such fine and imprisonment. <br />14 SECTION 2. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 548 and Section 1 <br />15 #of Ordinance No. 1374 and former Section 9.20.030 of the Colton Municipal Code <br />1 6;lare hereby repealed, <br />17! SECTION 3.
