Section 17 of Ordinance No. 1405 is hereby amended to read as follows: 13 Section 17. When not otherwise prescribed herein, all matters 22 herein required to be filed with the City shall be filed with the City Clerk. 23 H. The grantee must pay to the City a sum of money 24 sufficient to reimburse it for expenses incurred by it in publish- ing legal notice and ordinances in connection with the granting of 25 the franchise pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. Such payment shall be _made in ten (10) days after the City shall furnish 26 such grantee with a written statement of such expense. 27 C. The grantee shall keep a maintenance service log which will indicate the nature of each service complaint, the date 28 and time it was received, the disposition of said complaint and the time and date cleared. The log shall be made available for periodic 29 inspection by the City. 30 D. Grantee shall bear the prime responsibility for appropriate corrective action whenever improper performance is 31 detected in any part of the system, regardless of whether utility distribution facilities are utilized, public 32 E.
