The grantee shall limit failures to a minimum by <br />locating and correcting malfunctions promptly, but in no event longe4 <br />than 24 hours after notice. <br />P. Copies of all petitions, applications and communica- <br />tions submitted by the grantee to the Federal Communications Commis- <br />sion, Securities and Exchange'Commission, or any other federal, stat+ <br />or local regulatory commission or agency having jurisdiction in <br />respect to any matters affecting CATV operations authorized pursuant <br />to this Ordinance, shall also be submitted simultaneously to the Citi <br />Manager. <br />Q.
