NO. 1574 <br />ORDINANCE. OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON APPROVING AND ADOPTING AMENDMENT <br />NO. 2 TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE <br />COOLEY RANCH_, PROJECT NO, 4 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton (!"'this City <br />Council") has approved and adopted the Redevelopment Plan for <br />the Cooley Ranch., Project No. 4 (the "Re.development Plan") <br />pursuant to Ordinance No. 1478 adopted by the Mayor and Council <br />of the City of.Colton on July 29, 1975; and <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency for theCityof Colton <br />(the "Agency") pursuant thereto has filed the appropriate <br />documents pursuant to Section 33375 of the Health and Safety Code. <br />and Section 54900 et seq., of the Government Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the base year for taxes allocated to the Agency <br />pursuant to Section 33670 of the Health and Safety Code is the <br />1975-76 tax year and such tax allocation monies have been remitted <br />by the County of San Bernardino (the "County") and received by <br />the Agency under the Community Redevelopment Law of the State of <br />California; and <br />WHEREAS, the Agency, Staff and City Council, prior to and <br />at the time of adoption of the Redevelopment Plan, intended that <br />the Redevelopment Plan be sufficient authority for the allocation <br />of taxes pursuant to Section 33670 of the Health and Safety Code, <br />but that the Agency be precluded from issuing tax allocation bonds <br />(as defined in Amendment No. l to the Redevelopment Plan) payable <br />from tax allocation revenues pursuant to Section 33641(c) of the <br />Health and Safety Code and issued under the provisions of <br />Section 33640 et se , of the Health. and Safety Code, and <br />
