The adoption and carrying out of the. Redevelopment <br />Plana as amended, for the Cooley Ranch, Project <br />No 4, is economically sound and feasible; <br />4. The`Redevelopment Plan, as amended, for the Cooley <br />Ranch., Project No., 4, conforms to the General Plan <br />of the City of Colton; <br />5. The carrying out of the. Redevelopment Plan , as <br />amended, for the Cooley Ranch-, Project No.. 4, <br />will promote the public peace, health_, safety and <br />welfare of the City of Colton and will effectuate <br />the purposes and policy of the. Community Redevelop-, <br />ment Law; <br />6. The condeTmation of real property, as amended, as <br />provided for in the Redevelopment Plan for the <br />Cooley Ranch, Project No.. 4, is necessary ,to the <br />execution of the Redevelopment Plan, as amended, <br />and adequate provisions have 'be:en made for payment <br />for property to be acquired, if any, as provided <br />by law; <br />7, The Redevelopment Plan, as amended, will not result <br />in the temporary or permanent displacement of any <br />occupants of housing facilities' in the Project Area <br />which would require a feasible method or plan for <br />therelocation: of families and persons displaced <br />from the Project Area; <br />8. No families or persons; will be displaced by the <br />redevelopment of the Project Area requiring the <br />provision in the -Project Area or in other areas <br />-5- <br />
