No increase <br />10 <br />therein shall be made until after a period of two (2) years of <br />11 <br />service to the -area served and only then by the prior approval <br />12 <br />of the City Council expressed by resolution. <br />13 <br />4. Pursuant to Ordinance No. 1405; as amended, Grantee <br />14 <br />shall, during the term. -hereof, pay annually to City three per - <br />15 <br />cent,.:{30) of the gross receipts derived by Grantee from all of <br />16 <br />its operations within City, including, but not limited to, all <br />17 <br />gross, basic, subscriber receipts, all gross non -basic, sub - <br />18 <br />scriber receipts, all gross advertising receipts, and all gross <br />19 <br />lease receipts. Said payments shall be made to City not less <br />20 <br />often than for the period of same length ending not more than <br />21 <br />ninety (90) days prior to such payment, <br />22 <br />5; The cable television system herein franchised shall <br />23 <br />be used exclusively for the purposes expressly authorized by <br />24 <br />Ordinance No. 1405 of the City of Colton and no other purpose <br />25 <br />whatsoever. <br />26 <br />6. <br />27 <br />A.
