Grantee will immediately post a mutually acceptable <br />faithful performance bond subject to accepted <br />industry guidelines and based on Ordinance No. 1405. <br />C. Within ninety (90) days after the commencement of <br />construction and installation of the system, Grantee <br />shall proceed to ,render service to Colton subscribers <br />until all of the areas of the City where cable tele- <br />vision services may be required have been provided <br />and made available to potential subscribers within <br />the overall seven (7).month construction time frame <br />that Grantee is committed to. <br />D. Grantee will establish and maintain a local business <br />office within the.incorporated limits of the City <br />of Colton where all Colton residents may pay their <br />telephone bills whether they are Cable TV sub- <br />scribers or not, <br />E Grantee is committed to guarantee the subscriber <br />rates for a firm two (2) year period commencing with <br />the operational status of the system (basic sub- <br />scriber rate of $8_.50 per month and each pay TV <br />service of $9.00 per month). <br />F. Grantee will establish and maintain within thein- <br />corporated limits of the City of Colton a full <br />local origination studio with two color cameras and <br />video taperecorders. ,.This equipment can be and <br />will be transported anywhere in Colton. <br />G.
