Grantee will give immedaite response to any cus- <br />tomer complaints. <br />I. One full-time"Government/Schools access channel; <br />one full-time Educational access channel; and one <br />full-time City access channel are committed. An <br />emergency alert system for use by the City of Colton, <br />operated by the City, will be given to the City and <br />maintained by the Grantee for the City's use. <br />J. When requested, Grantee will carry on the cable, <br />{ the Colton City Council meetings. <br />K. Grantee will embark on a long-range program of con- <br />sumer preference surveys to keep the Grantee con- <br />stantly updated on the subscribers'. favorite <br />satellite transmitted programs. Grantee will be <br />constantly responsive to the entertainment, educa- <br />tion and information needs of Colton citizens and <br />will change its programming to satisfy those needs. <br />L. In terms of home burglar and/or fire alarms, Grantee <br />commits itself to including them in Colton as soon <br />as such services are marketable. <br />M. Grantee will provide a true preventive maintenance <br />program of the Colton Cable TV system. <br />.N. The regular charge for basic service shall be reduced <br />by ten percent (100) for handicapped persons and <br />senior citizens (62 years old or older). <br />7.
