THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS SECTION ONE. This Ordinance shall be known as the Uniform Plumb- ing Ordinance« SECTION TWO. Those certain rules and regulations which provide for plumbing installations as set forth in that certain code .printed in book form and entitled, "Uniform Plumbing Code, 1979, Edition", as prepared and promulgated by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, three (3). (copies of which code have heretofore been filed with and are now on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Colton and which copies are identified by certificates attached thereto, reading substantially asfollows: I, Helen A. Ramos, hereby certify that thE three annexed copies of the code entitled, "Uniform Plumbing Code, 1979'Editi n were filed in the Office of the City Clerk of Colton on the 24th day of October, 1980, and as true,' correct and complete copies of said code which is sought to be adopted by refer- ence by ordinance of the City of Colton.
