The location and custodian of the documents and any other material <br />which constitute the record of proceedings upon which the Planning Commission and City Council <br />based their decision is: David R. Zamora, Community Development Director, City of Colton <br />Community Development Department, 659 N. La Cadena Drive, Colton, CA 92324, (909) 370-5079. <br />SECTION 6. Effective Date.
