The fourth full paragraph on page 34 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"PLANNING AREA NINE <br />Planning Area Nine is that portion of Reche Canyon Road south of the County <br />island, with the exception of Planning Area Eight, Planning Area Nine(A), and <br />Planning Area Nine(B). Excluding the mobile home park and the commercial <br />area, the predominant land use in this area will reflect the current Estate Density <br />character of development. Some Low Density development will be permitted in <br />the side canyons. Primary access to development in this area will be directly from <br />Reche Canyon Road." <br />2. The following paragraph is hereby added after the fifth full paragraph on page 34 to read <br />as follows: <br />"PLANNING AREA NINE(B) <br />Planning Area Nine(B) is that portion of Planning Area Nine that is comprised of <br />Proposed Tentative Tract Map No. 16249. The predominant land use <br />designations in this area will be Estate Density and Open Space." <br />3. The Reche Canyon Specific Plan Land Use Plan Map (Figure 12) is hereby amended as <br />shown on the attached Exhibit "B-1." <br />4.
