Table 3D titled "Reche Canyon Specific Plan Revised Land Use Plan Summary on page <br />40 of the Reche Canyon Specific Plan is hereby amended as shown on the attached Exhibit B- <br />2.11 <br />9. Section 5.3.2.2 is hereby added following Section 5.3.2.1 on page 55 to read as follows: <br />"5.3.2.2 Permitted Densities in Planning Area Nine(B) <br />A range of densities is permitted as follows: <br />No more than 1 dwelling unit per acre on slopes between 31 % and 1:1 slope. <br />No more than 1.5 dwelling units per acre on slopes between 20% and 30%. <br />No more than 1 dwelling unit per 20,000 square feet on slopes of less than 20%. <br />Density transfers to land with slopes of less than 10% is encouraged in order to <br />retain the overall open character of the open space land. No more than 1 <br />dwelling unit per acre will be permitted on slopes between 31 % and a 1:1 <br />slope. No development will be permitted on land with slopes greater than <br />30% when density transfers have been granted to transfer the density that <br />is otherwise allowed on such land to land containing slopes that are less <br />than 10%." <br />10. Section 5.3.5.1 is hereby added to page 57 to read as follows: <br />"Modification of Development Standards in Planning Area Nine (B). <br />Minimum Lot Width — As shown on Tract 16249 <br />Minimum Lot Depth — As shown on Tract 16249." <br />RVPUB\MXM\666168.1 <br />i <br />
