Approval. Time limitatio urring debt for the existing <br />Redevelopment Plans for Downtown No. 1 (Decem , D ntown No. 2 (December 2, <br />2001), Cooley Ranch, as amended (January 1, anta An iver (December 29, 1997), <br />West Valley (July 15, 2006), as amended (J 2007), and Mt. Vernon Corridor (June 30, <br />2007) are hereby eliminated pursuant to the ions of Health and Safety Code §33333.6(e)(2) <br />and the Agency shall be eligible to incur during the term of the existing Redevelopment <br />Plans for Downtown No. 1, Downtown , Cooley Ranch, as amended, Santa Ana River, <br />West Valley, as amended, and Mt. Ve Corridor. <br />SECTION 2. Further The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />certify the passage of this Ordinance <br />SECTION 3. EffectiveMe.
