Chapter 14 of Division 3 of Title 3 <br />B. Subsection 16.0213B(b)(17) of Chapter 2 of Division 6 of Title 1. <br />The aforementioned County Codes are adopted as the Inspection Grading of Food <br />Establishments Code of the City of Colton. <br />Section 6.06.010 Violation — Penalty. <br />In accordance with Section 33.1406(c) of the County code, `Mhe Letter Grade Card shall <br />not be defaced, marred, camouflaged, hidden or removed. It shall be unlawful to operate a food <br />establishment unless the Letter Grade is posted. Removal of the Letter Grade Card is a violation <br />of this Chapter and may result in the suspension or revocation of the public health permit and <br />shall be punishable as specified in section 33.0112 of this Code.' In addition, violations of this <br />Chapter may be punishable in accordance with Chapter 8.02 and Chapter 8.12 of the Colton <br />Municipal Code." <br />SECTION 2. In accordance with Government Code, §5022.6, at least one copy of <br />the County Code provisions adopted by this ordinance shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk <br />at least 15 days preceding the City's hearing concerning the adoption of this ordinance and shall <br />be kept there for public inspection while the ordinance is in force. A copy of the portions of the <br />San Bernardino County Code, adopted by reference in this ordinance, are attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "A." <br />SECTION 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) <br />days after its adoption in accordance with the provisions of California law. <br />SECTION 4: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and <br />cause the same or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a <br />newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in Colton, California. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, this 15th day of FPhrLarj , 2005. <br />I <br />�M.N., <br />�� /1.1!� <br />ATTEST: <br />a- at4� <br />CAROLINA P.
