The City Council members shall be reimbursed for expenses <br />incurred by them in the performance of official duties, in accordance with the <br />following: <br />(a) A sum equal to $100 per month to each Council member <br />which shall be deemed to be reimbursement for the <br />cost of having available a motor vehicle to utilize <br />in transporting said Council member to various <br />locations within the City and in the Citrus Belt <br />area, where such Councilman is required to go in <br />the performance of his said official duties; <br />and/or <br />(b) A sum equal.'to the amount per mile as established <br />by the City for meetings and/or conference <br />attendance by City officers or employees; <br />(c) The sum of $50 per month which shall represent <br />the reasonable value, by way of reimbursement, of <br />the use of that portion of his personal residence, <br />or other such personal facilities, for office` <br />and storage facilities and telephone costs utilized <br />by him in the performance of his official duties <br />and/or <br />(d) For the actual amounts expended, itemized for City <br />Council approval, by each Council member other <br />than those items enumerated -above, in the performance <br />of his official duties. <br />SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this <br />Resolution. <br />
