8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 1 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 1 A <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3669 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON REGARDING PROPOSED FUNDING ALLO- <br />CATION FOR THE 1976 RECREATIONAL BOND ACT <br />FOR SAN BERNARD`INO,COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Bernardino, its cities, and special <br />districts, are responsible for approving a Priority Plan for expenditures and <br />development of recreational park projects within the County of San Bernardino <br />from funds available under the 1976 State Recreational Bond Act (Nejedly-Hart <br />State, Urban and Coastal Park Bond Act of 1976); and <br />WHEREAS, one of the primary areas of this Act is the development <br />of urban parks and recreational projects; and <br />WHEREAS, the most equitable method of disbursing funds available <br />to the cities, special districts, and County of San Bernardino lies in uti- <br />lizing a per capita allocation, similar to that utilized by the Nejedly-Hart <br />Recreational Bond Act; and <br />WHEREAS, the greatest need for additional park and recreational <br />development in San Bernardino County at this time are in areas experiencing <br />sufficient population growth and intense urban development. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Colton he <br />approves and recommends to the County Board of Supervisors for its considera- <br />tion and adoption of a method of allocating funds from the 1976 State Recrea- <br />tional Bond Actlin accordance with the formula attached as Exhibit "A" and <br />Bade a part hereof. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of Februar1977 . <br />y <br />ABL BELTRAN <br />TTEST: Mayor <br />"M <br />,e lu� <br />City Clerk <br />
