EXHIBIT "A" <br />1976 Recreational Bond Act <br />A Formula For Allocation Of <br />Funds Based on Per Capita <br />Population <br />METHOD OFCALCULATION <br />Allocation of the County's Grant.of $2_,692,189 for the development of urban recrea- <br />tional parks shall be based upon a per capita allocation to each City, Special Dis- <br />trict (possessing legal authority for recreational development), and the County. <br />POPULATION BASELINE DATA <br />In determining the allocation of grant funds.to each applicable entity, the 1976 <br />official population estimates promulgated by the State Department of Finance shall <br />be used. <br />BASIC ALLOCATION FORMULA <br />Basic per capita allocation shall be determined by the formula: <br />County -Wide 1976_DOF Population <br />Per Capita Allocation <br />$2,692,189 <br />ENTITY ALLOCATION FORMULA <br />All allocations to applicable entities shall be determined by the formula: <br />1976 DOF Population X Per Capita Allocation = Allocation Per Entity <br />
