That said City shall reimburse said County for the actual <br />cost of furnishing such list and the cost shall be part of the costs of abatemen <br />7. That the City Clerk at least five days prior to the time of <br />said hearing shall cause to be mailed to the owners of the property on which or <br />in front of which said nuisance exists, notice of saidhearingand the <br />passage of this resolution, said notice to . be in accordance with provisions <br />of the Weed Abatement Law, (Chapter 13, Title 4, Division 3, Government Code <br />and Amendments thereto) of the State of California. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 1st day of March 1977. <br />MAYO <br />ATTEST: <br />CITY CLERK <br />
