6 7 E:3 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 I 25 26 27 RESOLUTION NO. 3705 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING REPORT OF COLTON BUILDING OFFICIAL FILED PURSUANT TO SECTION 1601 OF THE UNIFORM HOUSING CODE, ORDINANCE NO. 1449, OF THE CITY OF COLTON, AND THE ASSESSMENTS OF CHARGES AGAINST REAL PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH WHEREAS, the City of Colton has incurred certain expenses in the demolition of the building or structure' -on the premises hereinafter described,. and WHEREAS, a report specifying the work done, the itemized and total cost of said work, the description of said real property upon which the building or structure was located and the names and addresses of the person or persons entitled to notice pursuant to Subsection (e) of Section 1101 of the Uniform Housing Code, Ordinance No. 1449, has been submitted by the City Clerk to the City Council for consideration, and WHEREAS, said City Council has heretofore fixed the time, date and placeofhearing said report, to wit, July 5, 1977, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, and legal notice of which has been given, and WHEREAS, no written protests or objections to the proposed charge, expense and cost have been filed with the City Clerk prior to the time set for said hearing, and WHEREAS, the City Council at the time and place of said hearing did duly hear and pass upon said report, together with objections and protests thereto, if any, and WHEREAS, the City Council made no revisions corrections or modification to said report and is satisfied with the correctness_ thereof, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby resolve: 1. Each and every recital hereinabove set forth is found to be true and correct and as such adopted herein and hereat. it lTn.,rT.-
