The report of the Building Official, as submitted, is here- <br />by confirmed. <br />3. The City Council does assess the charge of three hundred <br />ninety dollars ($390.00) against the real property described as follows: <br />Parcel No. 163-102-03, Colton City, South 25 Feet <br />Lots 1 to 4, Block 197, commonly referred to as <br />443 South 5th Street, Colton, California. <br />Saidchargeshall be recorded on the assessment roll for <br />real property in the County of San Bernardino. <br />4.
