RESOLUTION NO. 3723 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON ESTABLISHING A PAY AND <br />CLASSI-FICATION PLAN FOR THE EMPLOYEES <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, <br />1977. <br />WHEREAS, the City Councilhasgiven full consideration to the <br />results of meetings between representatives of the City of Colton and repre- <br />sentatives of Employee Associations held pursuant to Government Code Section <br />3500, et seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salary Schedule marked <br />Exhibit A and attached hereto is incorporated into and made a part of Resolu- <br />tion No. 3723. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Salary Schedule provided herein' <br />shall be effective as of July 1, 1977. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 1977. <br />ABE E LTRAN <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
