That in compliance with the recent amendments to <br />the Federal Voting Rights Act of 1965 (Public Lahr 94-73, August 6, 1975) the <br />City Clerk shall provide a Spanish translation of the candidate's statement to <br />be included in the Voter's Pamphlet and mailed with the sample ballot to each <br />voter in said City. <br />SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall send to each voter with <br />the sample ballot, a voter's pamphlet which contains the statement of each can- <br />didate in English and Spanish pursuant to law. <br />SECTION 4. That each candidate filing a candidate's statement <br />shall be billed for the services rendered, a sum not greater than the actual <br />prorated costs of printing and handling and such bill shall be due and payable <br />immediately upon receipt thereof. <br />SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall provide each candidate's <br />representative a copy of this Resolution at the time nominating petitions are <br />11 issued. <br />SECTION 6.
