Calabrese, City Manager, be and is hereby <br />authorized and directed to notify the Board of Administra- <br />tion of the Public Employees' Retirement System of termina- <br />tion of the agreement of December 31, 1959, between the <br />Public Agency and the State of California, as required by <br />law, effective December 31, 1979. <br />3. The said Board of Administration be and it is hereby request- <br />ed to take such action as is required to effect termination <br />of the California State Social Security Agreement of Harch 9, <br />1951, with respect to all coverage groups of the Public <br />Agency, effective December 31, 1979. <br />4. The authorized agent of the Public Agency be and is hereby <br />directed to forward to the Board of Administration a certi- <br />fied copy of this Resolution. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 1977. <br />ABE E.
