141 3.51 16 17 18 19 20 21. 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 3760 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY, DESIG- NATED "COLTON ANNEXATION SOUTH 2911 (RECHE ESTATES) TO THE CITY OF COLTON AND WITHDRAWING SAID ANNEXED AREA FROM COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 38 AND IMPROVE- MENT ZONE G OF COUNITY SERVICE AREA NO. 38 AND COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 70, AND IMPROVEMENT ZONE A OF COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 70. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON: WHEREAS, preliminary proceedings for annexation of certain des- cribed territory to the City of Colton were initiated when the property owner filed a resolution of application with the Local Agency Formation Commission in the County of San Bernardino pursuant to the provisions of the District Reorgan- ization Act; and WHEREAS, thereafter appropriate proceedings were conducted by the Local Agency Formation Commission and on December 14, 1977, the Commission adopted a resolution, being Resolution No. 1349, approving the proposed annexa - I tion, subject to the following conditions: 1. The conducting agency shall not make any changes in the boundaries hereby approved nor shall it impose any new conditions or modify any conditions hereby imposed unless and until it receives the approval of the Local Agency Formation Commission for such changes,.modifications, or conditions, pursuant to the procedures prescribed by Section 56275 of the Government Code. 2. The conducting agency shall provide the Local Agency Forma- tion Commission Executive Officer with a copy of the resolution calling the hearing and a copy of the certified resolution indicating final disposition of the proposal pursuant to Government Code Sections 56450 and 54797.2. 3. The boundaries are hereby approved and as approved are set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
