The following distinctive short form designation shall be <br />used throughout this proceeding: LAFC NO. 1749. <br />5. The conducting agency for this proceeding shall be the City <br />of Colton. <br />6. Approval to proceed without notice, hearing or election as <br />provided by law with consent of 100% of the property owners. <br />7. Immediately upon annexation, the City shall detach area from <br />CSA #38 and Improvement Zone G of CSA #38 and CSA #70, and Improvement Zone A <br />of CSA #70 without split of assets or liabilities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the said Council of the City of Colton does here- <br />by approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described to the City of <br />Colton and does hereby further resolve that said territory be and is hereby <br />annexed to the City of Colton; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Colton declares the hereinafter described territory 1.0thdrawn from County <br />Service Area No. 38 and Improvement Zone G of County Service Area No. 38 and <br />County Service Area No. 70, and Improvement Zone A of County Service Area No. <br />70. <br />That said territory, the annexation of which to the City of <br />Colton is herein approved, is all that territory situate in the County of San <br />Bernardino, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit A at- <br />tached. <br />That the regular County assessment roll will be used for tax <br />purposes. <br />That the affected property will not be taxed for any existing <br />bonded indebtedness and/or contractural obligations. <br />That the City Clerk is directed to certify to the passage of <br />this resolution, to file a copy of said resolution with the Executive Officer <br />
