Water laterals will have, to be provided from the main to the property at.the expense of the owner. A connection fee and a monthly user charge will also be charged by the City. 4.4. Planning, Zoning and Building Inspection - The City will - provide these services maintaining high stars ards for building and orderly growth in this area. Wastewater - Collection and Disposal - A 10 inch sewer 16 � main exists along Rosedale Avenue with.suffi fent capacity to service the Z7 proposed annexation.
