J <br />SCHEDULE G-1 <br />GENERAL SERVICE <br />(continued) <br />PER METER <br />PER MONTH <br />Over 300 kwhr per kw* of billing demand, per kwhr 1.78E <br />*Not less than 2.0kw. <br />Total charge equal sum of customer charge, energy charge, and <br />demand charge. <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br />VOLTAGE: <br />1. Service will be supplied at one standard voltage. Three-phase <br />and single-phase normally will be served through.one meter install- <br />ation. <br />RATE SELECTION: <br />2. Rate B is applicable when a demand meter is installed in accord- <br />ance with condition 3. <br />MAXIMUM DEMAND: <br />3. A maximum demand meter will be installed when, in the opinion <br />of the utility, the customer load and use characteristics indicate <br />that the maximum demand may exceed 20kw or when the customer's use <br />exceeds 3000 kwhr per month. I <br />BILLING DEMAND: <br />4. Billing demand shall be the kilowatts of measured maximum demand <br />but not less than 50/ of the highest demand established in the <br />preceding eleven months. Billing demand shall be det-ermined to the <br />nearest 1/10 kw. <br />TEMPORARY DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE: <br />5. When -the energy is seasonal or intermittent, no adjustment will <br />be made for a temporary discontinuance of service. Any customer, <br />prior to .resuming service within twelve months 'after such service <br />was discontinued, will be required to -pay all charges which would <br />have been billed if service had not been discontinued. <br />FUEL COST ADJUSTMENT: <br />6. The rates above are subject to adjustment as provided for in <br />schedule F.C.A. The applicable fuel cost adjustment billing factor <br />set forth therein will be applied to all kwhr billed under this - <br />schedule. <br />
