SCHEDULE B <br />OUTDOOR LIGHTING <br />APPLICABILITY <br />Applicable to the lighting of walkways and similar common interest <br />areas of condominium, cooperative, or movile home parks where each <br />single family accomodation is _separately metered. <br />TERRITORY <br />City of Colton. <br />MONTHLY RATE <br />3400 Lumen Mercury Vapor Special Luminaire - - - - - $3.50 each <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br />Equipment Furnished - The Department will, at its own cost, install, <br />operate and maintain a suitable outdoor lighting fixture. Facilities <br />will consist of a luminaire with a photo -electric switch control and <br />a support:, mounted on an approved Department standard at which <br />120-240 volt service is available. All facilities will be owned <br />and maintained by the Department. <br />Energy - The Department will supply the energy, which is included in <br />the monthly rate above. <br />Maintenance - The Department will replace burned -out lamps and other- <br />wise maintain the luminaire during regular daytime working hours as <br />soon as practicable following notification by customer. <br />Hours of Service - Burning hours will be from dusk to dawn aggregating <br />approximately 4080 hoursperyear. Credit will not be allowed for <br />lamp outages. <br />Removal Charete - If the customer discontinues service during the <br />first three years of service, there will be a $25.00 charge to <br />remove each facility. <br />
