RATE 0. L. <br />OUTDOOR:LIGHTING <br />CITY OWNED SYSTEM <br />APPLICABILITY <br />Applicable to outdoor area lighting service, other than street and <br />highway lighting service, supplied from overhead lines where the <br />utility owns and maintains the area lighting equipment. <br />LUMINAIRE CHARGE PER MONTH <br />Lamp Size and Type: <br />7,000 Lumen Mercury Vapor - - - - - - - - $4.00 <br />20,000 Lumen Mercury Vapor - - - - - $6.00 <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br />Equipment Furnished - The Department will, at its own cost, install, <br />operate and maintain its standard overhead outdoor lighting equipment. <br />Facilities will consist of a luminaire with a photo -electric switch <br />control and a support, mounted on an existing Department pole at <br />which 120 volt service is available. All facilities will be owned <br />and maintained by the Department <br />Energy - The Department will supply the energy, which is included <br />in the monthly rate above. <br />Maintenance - The Department will replace burned -out lamps and other- <br />wise maintain the luminaire during regular daytime working hours as <br />soon as practicable following notification by customer. <br />Removal Charge - If the customer discontinues service during the <br />first three years of service, there will be a $25.00 charge to <br />remove the facilities. <br />Service - This service will only be furnished where the installation <br />is considered by the utility to be of a permanent and established <br />character. <br />
