0 811 9f I0 31� 3.3 14 15- 16 18 119 20 21 S RESOLUTION NO. 3773 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY, DESIG- NATED "COLTON ANNEXATION SOUTH 30" TO THE CITY OF COLTON AND WITHDRAWING SAID ANNEXED AREA FROM COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 38 AND IMPROVEMENT ZONE G OF COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 38, AND COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 70 AND IMPROVEMENT ZONE A OF COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 70. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON: I WHEREAS, preliminary proceedings for annexation of certain des- cribed territory to the City of Colton were initiated when the property owner filed a resolution of application with the Local Agency Formation Commission in the County of San Bernardino pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Organi- zation Act of 1977; and WHEREAS, thereafter appropriate proceedings were conducted by the Local Agency Formation Commission and on February 8, 1978, the Commission adopt- ed a resolution, being Resolution No. 1372, approving the proposed annexation, j subject to the following conditions: I. The conducting agency, shall ,not make any changes in the boundaries hereby approved nor shall it impose any new.conditions or modify any conditions hereby imposed unless and until it receives the approval of the Local Agency Formation Commission for such changes, modifications, or conditions, pur-, suant to the procedures prescribed by Section 35162 of the Government Code. 22 2. The, conducting agency shall provide the Local Agency Forma- 23tion Commission Executive Officer with a copy of the certified resolution indi- 24 eating final disposition of the proposal pursuant to Government Code Section 25 ; 35201. 261 271 1 3.
