4. The conducting agency for this proceeding shall be the City <br />2 , of Colton. <br />3 i 5. Approval is granted to the conducting agency to proceed <br />4 without notice, hearing or election, as provided in Government Code Section <br />51 35221, with 100% consent of the property owners of uninhabited territory. <br />6 6. Immediately upon annexation, the City shall detach the area <br />7 from County Service Area No. 38 and Improvement Zone G of County Service Area <br />8 No,. 38, and County Service Area No. 70 and Improvement Zone A of County Service <br />9 Area No. 70 without split of assets or liabilities. <br />l0 ; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does. <br />11 hereby approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described to the <br />12 City of Colton and does hereby further;resol.ve that said territory be and is <br />13_ hereby annexed to the City of Colton; and <br />14 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />15 Colton declares the hereinafter described territory withdrawn from County <br />3.6 Service Area, No. 38 and Improvement Zone G of Count Service ce Area No. 38, and <br />17 j County Service Area No. 70 and Improvement Zone A of County Service Area No. 70. <br />I <br />8 1 That said territory, the annexation of which to the City of <br />19, Calton is herein approved, is all that territorysituate in <br />the County of San <br />20'1 Bernardino, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit A <br />23 attached. <br />22 iThat the regular County assessment roll will be used for tax <br />23 F <br />purposes. <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />That the affected property will not be taxed for any existing <br />bonded indebtedness and/or contractural obligations. <br />That the City _Clerk is directed to certify to the passage of <br />this Resolution, to file a copy of said Resolution with the Executive Officer <br />
