LAFC 1769 - Resolution No. 1372 Page Two M$ DETERMINATIONS; specified: SE[TION 1. The proposal is approved subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter CONDITIONS: Condition No. 1. The conducting authority shall not make any changes in the boundaries hereby approved nor shall it impose any new conditions or modify any conditions hereby imposed unless and until it receives the approval of the Local Agency Formation Commission for such changes, modifications, or conditions, pursuant to the procedures prescribed in Section 35162 of the Government Code. Condition No. 2. The conducting authority shall provide the Local Agency Forriation Commission Executive Officer with a copy of the certified resolution indicating final disposition of the proposal pursuant to Government 'Code Sect:i,on- 35201 Condition No. 3. The following distinctive short form designation shall be used throughout this proceeding: LAFC 1769 Condition No, 4 Immediately upon annexation the City shall detach the area from CSA 38, and CSA 38, Improvement Zone G; CSA 70, and Improvement Zone A of CSA 70, without split of assets of assets or liabilities. Condition No. 5. The conducting authority for this proceeding shall be the City of Colton. Condition No. 6. Approval is granted to the conducting authority to proceed without notices, fiearin9,or election, as provided in Government Code Section 35221_, with 100% consent of the property owners of uninhabited territory. SECTION 2. The governing body of the conducting authority is hereby directed to iniitate appropriate proceedings in compliance with this resolution and state law., If .proceedings are not initiated within 35 days of this LAFC Resolution and proceedings may be subject to the provisions of Government Code Section 35202. SECTION 3. The Executive Officer is hereby authorized and directed to mail certified copies of this resolution in the manner as provided in Section 35201 of the Government Code and applicable sections of CEQA,. - SECTION 4. "Approval by the Local Agency Formation Commission indicates that approval of this proposal by the conducting authority would accomplish the proposed change of organization in a reasonable manner with a maximum chance of success and a minimun disruption of service to the functions of other local agencies in the area.
