That pursuant to the provisions of Section 39567.1, this City <br />Council does hereby authorize the City Clerk of this City -to request the <br />County Assessor to furnish a list of names and addresses of all persons owning <br />property described in this resolution. <br />6. That said City shall reimburse said County for the actual <br />cost of furnishing such list and the cost shall be part of the costs of <br />abatement. <br />7. That the City Clerk at least five days prior to the time of <br />said hearing shall cause to be mailed to the owners of the property on which <br />or in front of.which said nuisance exists, notice of said hearing and the <br />passage of this resolution, said notice to be in accordance with provisions <br />of the Weed Abatement Law, (Chpater 13, Title 4, Division 3, Government Code <br />and Amendments thereto) of the State of California. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 7th day of March, 1978. <br />1 ATTEST: <br />74�• <br />CITY CLERK <br />A <br />
