Approval is granted to the conducting agency to proceed <br />without notice, hearing or election, as provided in Government Code Section <br />35221, with 100% consent of the property owners of uninhabited territory. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council'of the City of Colton does <br />hereby approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described to the <br />City of Colton and does hereby further resolve that said territory be and is <br />hereby annexed to the City of Colton. <br />That said territory, the annexation of which to the City of <br />Colton is herein approved, is all that territory situate in the County of San <br />Bernardino, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit A <br />attached. <br />That the regular County assessment roll will be used for tax <br />purposes. <br />That the affected property will not be taxed for any existing <br />bonded indebtedness and/or contractural obligations. <br />That the City Clerk is directed to certify to the passage of <br />this Resolution, to file a copy of said Resolution with the Executive Officer <br />of the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Bernardino and <br />to transmit a remittance to cover the fees required by Government Code Section <br />35201 tothesaid Executive'Officer. <br />That the City Clerk is further directed to forward copies of <br />this resolution to the appropriate_County and State Agencies as required. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 1978., <br />Ze <br />FRANK A.
