p <br />LAFC 1774 Resolution 1374 - Page Two <br />DETERMINATIONS: <br />SECTION 1. The proposal is approved subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter <br />specified. <br />CONDITIONS: <br />Condition No.l The conducting authority shall not make any changes in the boundaries <br />hereby approved nor shall it impose any new conditions or modify any conditions <br />hereby imposed unless and until it receives the approval of the Local Agency Formation <br />Commission for such changes, modifications, or conditions, pursuant to the procedures <br />prescribed in Section 35162 of the Government Code.- <br />Condition No. 2. The conducting authority shall provide the Local Agency <br />Formation Commission Executive Officer wih a copy of the certified resolution indicating <br />final disposition of the proposal pursuant to Government Code Section 35201. <br />Condition No. 3. The following distinctive short form designation shall be <br />used throughout this proceeding:; LAFC 1774 <br />Condition No. 4. The conducting authority for this proceding shall be the City <br />of Colton. <br />Condition No. 5. Approval is granted to the conducting authority to proceed <br />without notice, hearing, or election as provided by law in Government Code Section 35221, with <br />` 100% consent of the property owners. <br />Condition No. 6. Immediately upon annexation, the area should be detached from <br />CSA 38, and CSA 38 Ipprover?ent Zone G; CSA 70, and CSA 70, Improvement Zone A, without <br />split of assets or liabilities. <br />SECTION 2. The governing body of the conducting authority is hereby directed to <br />initiated appropriate proceedings in compliance with this resolution and state law. If <br />proceedings are not initiated within 35 days of this LAFC Resolution the proceedings may <br />be subject to the provisions of Government Code Section 35202. <br />SECTION 3. The Executive Officer is hereby authorized and directed to mail certified <br />copies of this resolution in the manner as provided by law in Section 35201 of the Government <br />Code and p11icable sections of CEQA. <br />SECTION 4. Approval by the Local Agency Formation Commission indicates that approval <br />of this proposal by the conducting authority would accomplish the proposed change of <br />organization in a reasonable manner with a maximum chance of success and a minimum <br />disruption of service to the functions of other local agencies in the area. <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />CODNTT* OF SAN BERNARDINO )ss. <br />I, Larry H.
