City of Colton 1. <br />Community Services Department <br />GENERAL PRM"IS IONS. . <br />Al Rate Applicability and Rules <br />These rules apply to the service area of the Water Division both inside <br />the City and outside the City except as may be otherwise provided by <br />specific schedules herein or prescribed by the Council. In the event of <br />any dispute as to rates or rules, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />reserves the right to determine the applicability of the rate or rule <br />in question. <br />r <br />r <br />B. Special Conditions of Service <br />The City Council may establish and enforce charges for furnishing water <br />to any installation of a character not adequately provided for by these <br />rates and rules, provided that such charges shall be consistent with rates <br />and charges prescribed herein as they may be from time to time amended. <br />11 �_�: ...._... _._.�..�.._��._ <br />
