INDUSTRIAL ZONES: Industrial zones are those areas designated <br />by the Planning Department, City of Colton, for industrial uses <br />including: M-1 and M-2. <br />n. PERSON: Any individual, partnership, corporation, public agency <br />or other organization operating as a single entity. <br />o. PREMISES: All real property, buildings, and appurtenances occupied <br />.by an owner, lessee, or tenant as a dwelling or a business, commercial, <br />or industrial enterprise upon an integral parcel of land undivided <br />by a street, highway or other public thoroughfare. <br />p. RESIDENTIAL ZONES: Residential zones are those areas designated, <br />by the Planning Department, City of Colton, for residential uses <br />including: R-1, R -I -X; R-2, R -2-X; R-3, R -3-X; R -E, R -E -X; and <br />P -C. <br />q. SERVICE CO\MECTION: The pipeline extending from the Department's <br />water main, to and including the meter, together with the necessary <br />valves and fittings. <br />r.
