AWARD AND EXECUTION <br />Any award of contract will be made subject to the receipt of monies <br />and proceeds from issuance and sale of bonds. <br />The contractor shall execute the contract within FIFTEEN ; <br />(15) days after he has been notified in writing to proceed, and <br />shall commence construction within FIFTEEN (15) days after <br />contract execution, and shall complete all the work and improvements <br />within ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) CALENDAR days <br />after execution. <br />The City Council hereby reserves the right to reject any and all pro' <br />posals, to waive any irregularity, and to award the contract to other <br />than the lowest bidder. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period <br />of SEVENTY-FIVE .... (75) days after the bid opening. <br />CONTRACTUAL.
