VERNON AVENUE AND COOLEY DRIVE, PHASE II} NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the PURCHASING AGENT on behalf of and as authorized by the CITY OF COLTON State of California, will open sealed bids at the hour of 10:00 O'clock A.M. on the 24th day of MAY, 1978 Said bids will be opened at said time and the results will thereafter be referred to the City. Council for consideration at their next regular meeting. Vernon Avenue and Cooley Drive, Phase II} CONTRACT "B" PROCEEDINGS The works and improvements hereinafter mentioned are authorized pursuant to the provisions of the "Municipal Improvement Act of 1913", being Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and said project will be financed pursuant to bonds being issued according to the terms and provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911", being Division 7 o said Code. WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT "B",.for the construction of certain grading, paving, curbs and gutters, drainage improvements, side- walks, ornamental vegetation, bicycle trails, street lights, sanitary sewer lines and laterals, and domestic water system, together with appurtenances in COOLEY DRIVE in a special assessment district known as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 78-1 [MT. VERNON AVENUE AND COOLEY DRIVE, PHASE II} together with appurtenances and all other work as shown on the plans and specifications for this Assessment District. i
