9 <br />10 <br />12 <br />d. When aholiday falls during.the standby week, the affected employee <br />shall earn an accrued eight (8) hours of compensatory time off. <br />14. Catch as catch can system: Each employee responding to a call out under <br />this system shall receive hour for hour pay at the overtime rate. <br />a. The employees and the City have agreed that'this system will work <br />and be a cost savings to the taxpayers of Colton. <br />b. For electrical and water turn -ons and turn-offs, the Consumer <br />Service Person may be called upon by the City. The Consumer <br />Service person shall be maintained on the appropriate call out <br />list as directed by the City Manager. <br />15. This provision is to be.effective on July 1, 1978. <br />6. This agreement shall be implemented by appropriate action of the City <br />Council at a regularly scheduled meeting following the signing of this <br />3.3_11 Agreement. <br />14 1 <br />15 17.
