BOND REDEMPTION <br />SECTION 12. <br />The legislative body further elects and declares that <br />the redemption provisions of said bonds shall provide. <br />a premium of five percent (50) on the unmatured prin- <br />cipal if said bonds are discharged prior to maturity. <br />__ACQUISITION <br />SECTION 13. <br />The public interest, convenience and necessity re- <br />quires, and it is the intention of this City Council <br />to acquire all necessary land, easements, or-rights- <br />of-way necessary for the works of improvement for <br />the above referenced Assessment District. For parti— <br />culars as to the: location and extent of all lands, <br />easements or rights-of-way necessary to be acquired, <br />reference is made to the proposed boundary map as <br />previously approved by this City Council and on file <br />in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />CONTRIBUTION <br />SECTION 14. <br />It is the intention of this City Council to make a <br />contribution to pay ascertain portion of the costs <br />and expenses for the works of improvement in this <br />Assessment District. The contribution shall.'be <br />- <br />specifically set forth in the Engineer's "Report" <br />for this Assessment District, and said funds shall <br />generally used as follows: <br />A. A cash contribution to pay a certain pro- <br />portionate share of the costs and expenses <br />of the 3,00.0,000 gallon water reservoir; <br />B.
