VERNON AVENUE and a point approximately 3200 feet westerly thereof, including certain traffic signa- lization at the intersection of MT. VERNON AVENUE and WASHINGTON STREET. II. The construction of certain storm drain improvements, in- cluding an underground -conduit system in STORM DRAIN EASEMENT- ASEMENT.[LITTLEPIGEON .[LITTLE-PIGEONPASS] from INTERSTATE HWY. 15 extending westerly to the SANTA ANA RIVER. IIT:. t The construction of certain flood protection levees, together with appurtenances and appurtenant work in connection therewith, along the banks of the SANTA ANA RIVER generally extending southerly of WASHINGTON STREET. IV. The construction of a certain storm water settling basin, together with necessary pumping facilities and appurte- nances, including certain storm water channels and con- duits connecting into the SANTA ANA RIVER.` V. The conversion of certain overhead electrical facilities to underground locations, including all necessary elec- trical'work and appurtenances thereto, in EASEMENT between INTERSTATE HWY. 15 and SANTA ANA RIVER.
